I am thrilled to share this kitchen transformation – it’s lovely, just like the owners! I had the privilege of representing the buyers for this home back when they first purchased it, and then was able to revisit them and see the way that they made this space their very own.
One thing I love about this kitchen renovation is that it really highlights the fact that transforming your space doesn’t have to mean totally gutting it or lots of financial investment. Being strategic with cosmetic changes can go such a long way in bringing fresh life and energy to your home, as this remodel in Dunlap shows.
BEFORE
One inexpensive way to update your kitchen’s look is simply by painting the cabinets and swapping out the hardware. These simple changes can make your cabinets look like a brand-new install, but at a fraction of the cost. I love how the fresh coat of dark paint, contrasted with the gold knobs on these cabinets really makes a statement in this kitchen. High-definition Formica countertops are another great way to get that look of granite or quartz without the price tag! My buyers also installed matte-finish subway tile backsplash, finishing the space with a clean and modern look, and adding more brightness to the space.
AFTER
I am always honored to assist my clients in “unlocking new doors”, and then equally thrilled to see them customizing and thriving in their space afterwards! Thank you so much for the honor to visit you again in your lovely home – I pray you make many memories in this lovely Kitchen! It’s truly the heart of the home.
